Aftermarket GM steering column

    I don't know if this post works on this thread....I was flipping through marketplace and found a chrome tilt column for a 67-72 C10, 33" long, column shift, and the price he's selling it at he's practically giving it away. Before run to the bank and do some damned fool thing and get saddled with some JohnnyLaw, or what ever you call it, junk could anyone ID this column?
    It has a super chunky, bolt on shift lever on the bottom.

  2. Could be one of IDIDIT steering columns before they grew up into a made in China outfit. I'm not sure though but it's a good possibility

    There were some pretty crappy units out there, some downright dangerous. Not a area where you want to skimp.

    This post was from last august, but other than that if i remember correctly, the post kind of disappeared.
    I figured out what female pins I needed to use for my Ford column so I ended up re-pinning the wiring harness.
