Who makes custom one off engine adapters in Nor cal???

I have dealt with 2 guys both do regular adapters one out Ventura Beach way CA and the other starts with B up north MN I think.
I believe they would do one off's for a price but I can not recommend either of them since they seem to have trouble doing the regular stuff from my experience.
The other guy (Gene) who I have never purchased from but at least did return my enquiry calls was from OR, Flat O Inc.
