There's a nice 2 bedroom house here in town (yeah,OT) that sold two years ago for $271 K, fixed up,quite a lot, and now is for sale at $1.4 million. Two bedrooms, mind you. Curiously, still for sale. Small town central PA. Not downtown SF or NYC.
