History A question for aussie hambers

I'm trying to find any history on my old jalopy.
I purchased it 2 years ago from a local guy hear in S.A. But think it came over from N.S.W .
I was told it was originally built in late 50's early 60's ?
It's a 1927 chevy chassis and body with 1950 Ford engine, gearbox, diff.
Anybody ever seen it before ??

The red oxide version looks a lot like one that was sold from the Bendigo area about 6 or 7 years ago, but I can't confirm that sorry.
