Finally got started on another project. 1930 model A on 32 rails. Seems like we are making progress super fast with this being a pre fab frame this time and not all hand made. Took me a probably a couple of months to get to where I got in 1 night on this one. Here's my T I did in about 6 months and also the new project image.jpeg image.jpeg image.png image.jpeg

Need to figure out some different rear shock mounts and hairpin mounts to take down the rear to where I want it but here's what we did this morning. image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg

Today we totally redid the whole rear end setup to get the car low. We mounted the hairpins to the frame with bungs and I love how they turned out. image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg

Thank you,I'm pretty happy with the progress already. Sucks doing all of the rear end stuff twice but it was worth it. Looks much better now.

  10. Hell if the re-do on the rear is the only re-do you encounter on this build....YA DONE GOOD!

Thanks, I like where it's at too. I need to get the body where it needs to be and make the body mounts. Then I can get the engine and trans mounted and see where it puts the front. According to my T with the same axle it should get about 3" lower with the weight. Assuming this reverse eye spring drops it another inch over my T

Also if anyone has a title for a 30-32 Tudor I would be interested in that collectors item ;)

  17. Also if anyone has a leftover girlfriend who buys toolboxes as surprise gifts I would be interested in such a rare collectors item

32 grille shell and radiator came in. The grille insert is on back order but I already like it. Is just clamped there with vice grips so I could see how it looks. image.jpeg image.jpeg

You probably already figured it out, but make sure you paint that radiator black so it will not "shine" thru the grill insert like a new penny. Coming right along!
