    37kid I saw what appeared to be an OHV V-8 in one car,do you have any idea what it was?

    I love the drawing hot rodding runs in your blood. I too have similar sketches that I did in school instead of listening to the teacher lol... Cue twilight zone music lol...wow cool video! 37kid was that a coincidence that you posted that on this thread? steinauge I'm curious about that one T too...there is a T narrowed body dirt track style that appears several times through the film it appears to have some type of tunnel ram intake with over head valve V-8 covers??? anyone know anything about that engine?... there are some beautiful roadsters there obviously from other types of racing like the bugatti, it also seems to unfold a saga of a white '40 ford coupe first seen racing around the later shown with dents in the roof after a roll over

    That may be a Riley Overhead on a Ford flathead block, have to look at the film again. Fun thing about the HAMB is linking whatever you may have on a topic to help tell the story. Some were on the HAMB there is a list of every car that turns up on the Harper Lake event, I'm guessing 12-15 cars still exist. Run a HAMB search on Riley V8 and a lot of info and photos turn up.     Looked at the film again and it might well be a Riley.The picture isnt clear enough to say for sure.
