Heres a thread I posted quite some time ago....I hadda dig it up but here it is again...

    OLD POST:

Alright, Awhile back I posted that I was unable to reach Multiple HAMB alliance vendors via e-mail...

Well I finally found some free time during business hours and called KIKIN hot rod shop....

    Dean Martin....you a cool ass dude for a ex-submariner :)
super easy to work with, lead me by the hand with the measurements that I needed and components that I needed...NO hassle either when a part number got transposed wrong and I got the wrong compressor line kit...he's drop shipping the correct kit out, I sent the incorrect one back to him...this is the way that purchases are supposed to be made....and the price....damn good

A+ service and a great bloke to talk too....I'll be doin business with them again...

    Weatherstripspecial.com

on the phone for 5 minutes and had my steele weather stripping in three days....simple flippen awesome, another great bloke and another great price

Some non-HAMB vendors I've delt with

    Classic parts of america

yeah its stock repop resto parts....but heck when your missing stock components that I am they came quite in handy....the repop shit fits as it should as well (no tweek and tune)....awesome price and easy to deal with...shipping fast as hell!
    www.classicparts.com

Its a snap wire and cable

I ordered a power window kit through them as mine was ragged out and didnt work....awesome price, the kit is put together very well....product A+

Service....thats a different story, one of the regulators got bashed in shipment, they wanted me to wait 6-8 weeks and deal with UPS insurance claims....I didnt have the 6-8 weeks to wait...after a yelling match with the owner I finally got him to send me a new regulator (after I splained to him how customer service actually works, I shipped the damaged one back in the original packaging so he could deal with the claim)....so this business is a mixed review....great product, kinda shitty customer service...but did end up doing the right thing once I called him on the carpet...
Use at your own risk for the customer service reason
    http://itsasnapwireandcable.com/

    Trossen Robotics....
yeah not traditional BUT these blokes sell alot of the high end dakota digital stuff at cut rate prices....Read 50% of what dakota digital actually charges (only thing I can figure is that trossen isnt a car oriented site....rather a robotics site therefore the stuff is cheaper for a different market....)....this is another company thats easy to deal with and ships fuggen fast...
    http://www.trossenrobotics.com/default.aspx

    Yogis Inc....
Yet another non-trad site but they had some stuff I needed....I sweet talked georgia (the sales rep) and talked my way into a 30% discount....I cant guarantee it will happen to you....but it happened for me...
    www.yogisinc.com

Now for the contact list....I havent delt with the majority of these blokes but these are guys I ran across whilst I was doing research....there is some notes attached to the sides of the links, some not....

a couple of years ago Brad54 started a post called "SOURCE, Reference Websites List"

    link here

i look at it occasionally and today i tried to respond to it to bring it back to the top so that new folks could (a) see it and (b) add to it. well, it's in the "old hamb" and it wouldn't let me respond. so i copied it below for the same reasons.

please add to the list if you can.

(note: when i did a preview i saw that all my really cool formatting disappeared, so this is the way it's just gonna have to look)

    enjoy:
