A few changes on my 54 Chevy 2 door wag

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Mikey's Pinstriping, Nov 14, 2010.

  1. Austin guys don't pee on me but I made a few changes to Lu-Lu Danny Young's 54 Chevy wagon which I bought a while back.

I renamed her "Betty-Lu", took the fender skirts off, tinted the windows and got antique tags. Since many of you said I should not make it into a sedan delivery I figured tint the glass instead. My sign is more legible too. I'm driving it but still fo sale.

Looks good and I like the striping job you did. Distinctive but not overdone. And with the signs on the glass like that, who ever buys it can easily clean them off with a razor blade and be done with it rather than wonder how the hell he is going to get the signs off the doors.

Nice windows, great tint, great stance. Might try a stripe or design down the side to cut the tallsides.
