Now THAT is the way a modern classic SHOULD be built!!!!!! AWESOME!!!
Back in the olden days, a friend had a 55 Ford with one hot Y-block in it. Great car that hits all the cool buttons.
Amen to that! What is that thing turning on the big end, 6800?
Great car! I had a blast watching the string of videos that were pointed out by Ryan in the first post!
In my front yard yesterday and let me tell you, this Hot Rod let us know when it was driving up...an absolutely outstanding simple Hot Rod and very powerful. Very nice job Tim McMaster.
Great guy, great car!
So happy to see how much the Cool factor is amped up due to hefty hp in a gorgeous mill! Speed matters in a hot rod!
That is one of the very few cars I look at, the first time and think there is nothing I want to change. I'm not a big fan of the steering wheel, but I would't change it if it was mine!
That only happens a handfull of times
Like the @HOTRODPRIMER truck, @Dean Lowe RPU, @3wLarry coupe, @edwardlloyd Roy desbrow pick up and The Roland Larson '32 roadster.
So credit where it's do, that a beautiful rod, and i love it!
I shift it at 7000, it's hit 7500 on occasion.
Superb Tim, you made it to the Big Time brother! Well deserved........hardest working man in Hot Rodding IMHO.
Bitch'n hot rod.
I just flat like that car and it's no nonsense look along with it sporting a Y Block. I even ordered that Issue of Speed and Chrome just because the car was on the cover with a promise of an article on it being inside.
Perfect . I'm no authority, but to me it is .
Hi Tim.Absolutely delightful,Sir.
Good luck.Have fun.Be safe.
I've touched this car. I haven't washed my hand since....
And I haven't washed the car since. ha ha
Pictures taken at @Royalshifter on Sunday.
Tim is a great guy and a great friend, and even worked on our Chevy motor that allowed Chick to do 140 in the Salt Circus. And now for a little fun poke
Past a few conversations online, I don't know Tim all that well at all. I love that I can read these comments and feel like I do... And because so many guys seem to like him so damn much, I'm smiling.
One of my favorite sedans. I saved a bunch of photos of the build for ideas. Love the finish of the top while still keeping it open. That is next on my list.
That Y-Block is Angry! The Model A is somewhat of a Sleeper, but they both are Sweet!! Thanks for the post
Tim and Kathy (better half) are great people! One long El Mirage race weekend Tim invited all that could fit, to watch a drag racing movie in the back of his Alaskan lift top camper. We had what 10 -12 people inside, it was cozy and fun! Nov 2015 El Mirage we were fighting the rockers on the Salt Circus 350, so after a day of racing, Tim jumps in, pulls all the rockers, I take them to a friend to have milled we get them back late and by lantern Tim, because I am a photographer and a lousy engine builder, he re installed and set the clearances.
Great write up Ryan. Thanks for the great video feed, too!
Congratulations to Tim for getting your endorsement and this well deserved attention. That Sedan is everything everyone describes it as and, from my experience, Tim is very bit the gentleman and an all around
great person. Great job brother, look forward to working with you.
Mike (Buick59) Those photos are stunning. You are a master at setting up shots and capturing light, great job!
I love everything about that car! And what fantastic photography....
