  1. I borrowed "Jimmy six's " cake pan idea...
11" stainless cake pan, 9" filter, and a 9" base that I already had. Plenty of room between the filter and pan for airflow. I am sure there will be some negative comments, but I don't care. I like the smooth clean look. And in the event of a sudden downpour, I am "covered"... ha ha 20200115_112554.jpg I will still need to polish out the "swirl" marks on the bottom.

Yes it is! When he hit the throttle it opened up! I thought it was cool! And I enjoyed it! But I glad it’s on his car!

Ron's Bakery and Rat Rod Parts. Different, but it needs to stay with "that group". I am Butch/56sedandelivery.

Heatmaster die cast heater housing... flee market camode cover $3...
the 2 holes were to mount a 289 V badge...
built a two deuce bottom plate but the rochesters caught fire 2 out of 3 first starts... no !
quickly roughed out this base, sloppy center cut was to clear a mock up carb...
never got around to it... gave the near cherry air deflector from the heatmaster to a guy with a big ol poncho coupe...
