There's something unique about the 'phonebooth' closed cab a Pickups, where are they all? Used to see them in mags now and then, haven't seen any in quite a while. Here, i constantly see roadsters. Where I live it rains 4-5 months of the year, and the rest it's really too cold for a roadster. I'd like to build one to drive year-round. Are closed cab pickups rare? Or undesirable?

They are cool trucks but they are to small for me... I have a 33 chopped 4 inches and it still is hard to get in and out of......

It was a closed cab. Not much left when i got it so i'm taking it a little different route.

I have always liked the looks of these. I am building a roadster pick up right now but I would have been equaly happy to find a closed cab.

My 29 C/C in bigger then my roadster was, and it fits me just right. I always wanted a roadster (40yrs) and when I built mine I found out it was great but a pain in the neck. Rain, wind, wife didn't like it cause here hair was a mess after a ride. So my Pk Up is perfect, and out side of new wood its an all Henry Cab. Just added power windows, though. Iceman

I love em! I have seen, unfortunately, many turned into RPU's.

i'm collecting parts for a PU that i'm building..it used to be a tudor that got cut in half..its chopped 5 inches and the rear sction is real hack job and need s to be done over...i recently realized that i wont be able to put a manual trans in there...i hopped into this dudes 31' PU and its a really tight fit...so, i found a turbo 350 at a metal recycling yard for $20 last week....
