No body shop jail for you
I guess they will NOT be painting it on Monday!
Man you got real lucky in your choice of bodyshop. Painting it earlier than promised is like the golden fleece everybody looks for it but nobody ever finds it.
I think the saying is good, fast or cheap, pick two. You definitely got all three on that paint job.
Wow, Monday already
Wow.....and now the fun begins. Wetsand and buff. My favorite part. I love the picture you posted of the blue white walled Willys......but of course I also like the Willys baby poo green they had too......
They promised NO Orange peel.
Los Angeles....prep, paint and finish cut/buff for the amount you paid....is frekn' phenomenal then. Good for you.
Congratulations man. I still can't believe you did it.
Still my favorite part after paint.....a month or two of garage cure......to pay homage to 3M sandpapers/paint/polish liquids... and ice cold beer. The next time in the sun....is always an eye tearing experience. For me, and my new paint....depending on my volume of work or volumes of beer.
Lookin good! I like "that other car" peekin out of the garage too!
That turned out real nice!
Man,this looks great, the guys really did do a good job. HRP
Nice work man!
Man. That thing is gorgeous. I showed my wife pics of when you first got it vs now and she was amazed that it was the same car. Lol.
Incredible job! I just went through all 16 pages, just awesome
Gawd almighty man. What a jaw dropper.......this is the part in the movie where the girl always cries.....except this time its Willys fans everywhere. What a happy ending .....
Alot of people talk about saving our heritage, you pulled it off.
That means more to me than you could ever imagine!
IF I DIDN'T SEE IT WITH MY OWN EYES I WOULD NOT HAVE BELIEVED IT.YOU SHOULD BE PROUD OF YOURSELF, IT LOOKS GREAT, I LOVE IT!!!
The before and afters realy say it all, CONGRATS! Gary
Jeff, amazing job, John North Willys would be proud of you!!
What a beauty!
Well worth it! I know plenty of guys who love doing that kind of metal work.....
Unbelievable transformation and yet such a subtle color for such a radical car. Nice work. Have you thought of a name for it yet?
It's a puzzle of willys pieces so, "jigsaw"?
Or how about Bits n Pieces?
looks great, amazing resurrection.......
Very nice work.
