$6,000+ for part and machine work from one of the best builders on the east coast. I did the assembly. Parts - Ross pistons - Eagle 4" crank - Scat rods - Isky cam - Isky valve springs - Johnson lifters - Offy heads - valves, rings, oil pump etc... Engine work - cleaned, pressure tested and magnafluxed - decked - line bored - heads machined and pinned - high-flow oil mod - balanced I'm sure I'm forgetting stuff. ...and it still stings.
