I don't know how I missed this thread, but I just read the whole thing. Colby I wish you all the best this season. I ran across the South East Gassers a couple years ago and I am hooked! I've been thinking hard about revisiting my misspent youth and putting a car together. Colby your build thread has not helped me at all in fighting the temptation!

Qualified 3rd out of the 28 car b/g class and won 3 rounds and ended up losing in the semifinals. If it weren’t for ignition issues I think I would’ve had a shot to win the race.

Unfortunately I am probably outgunned.
I have seen him shut it off at the 1/8 and coast the 1/4 at 10.25. Plus he keeps stealing parts off my model A . I have a feeling I am about to lose my ignition box
