    ROT - 057
'Rotation number'. The car's position on the assembly line on the day it was built. That car was the 57th car in line on the day it was built. That number may be scrawled in white paint stick on the firewall under the heater box. The ROT appears to have allowed the assembly line workers to match up the build sheets with the bodies as they travelled down the line.
