Technical '64 Falcon / AAW Power Plus 20

Hey Guys,

I've been rewiring my Falcon the past week and am a little bit stumped on two things. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

1. I'm a bit confused as to how I'd wire up the pink ignition wire from the AAW harness in relation to the red/white wires coming out of my MSD 6AL:






Also my alternator doesn't have the two wire connector (red /brown). If i clipped off that connector, where would I be running those two wires?
