64 f100 tranny questions

Alrite. New to the H.A.M.B. my names luke. I have a 64 f100 223 3 on the tree. Trying to figure out a way put the 3 speed on the floor. Trans is a ford 3.03 toploader. Tail shaft is pretty short and doesn't look like it would be easy to mount a hurst kit on. I have searched high and low but it doesnt seem that anyone fools around with these transmitions. Any input is appreciated!

Mine's on the column and you couldn't pay me to put it on the floor. What's the advantage? If you're gonna floor shift it you may as well get better gears.
