63 nova - time for new rear shocks !

I'm not much of a Shock guy so what the hell, I have some 1970's Delco Pleasure Ride shocks on the nova they are the version you can pump up that have seen better days.... in the 70's

Would there be any recommendations for rear shocks or measuring I should be aware of ?

Currently the shocks up top rest on those studs ( part name excapes me )

I was told for my needs ( Street driving, possible drag once a year ) some good old Monroes would be plenty
