63-65 Falcon,Ranchero guys! Show us Your rubbers!

We are on the Back Stretch of a 65 Ranchero, and our last little detail is wheels and Tires. We Have decided on Good 'Ol Magnum 500's for it, but are having a hard time referencing Tire Size. (not a whole lot of clearance here...)

Sooo, on a 15 x 7 rim...Show us what You have, and if possible, include tire sizes!

shouldnt it be either 60-65 or 64-65??

 

I had 235 15's TA's on my 66 GT 350 with Magnums nice size tire.

 

I had 245/60/15 on my '71 429 SCJ Mach1 with 15x7 Magnums. Fit the rims fine.

 

225 - 60 - 15s on the back of my 65 2 door hardtop ! fill out the wheelwels pretty nice and dont have to wory about rubbing ! you may be able to go a little bigger but i dont know ? not alot of room under the rear wheelwells of these cars unless you do the spring inboard relocation and even then it doesn't gain you much !
