62 Cutlass disc brakes?

    Anybody know if there is anything that will fit a 62? None of the major brake guys have anything older that 64, and I'm not sure if they use the same spindle or not. Or, is that spindle the same as Nova or some other Chevy that may have a kit available? Thanks for any info.

    Thanks for the link, I've never heard of them, but looks like they have all the odd stuff nobody else has.

    62 Cutlass? thought those were F-85s till 63???

    F-85 was a trim model on the cutlass.
    .
    I wish I knew about scarebird a few years ago.
    Could have saved about $300 on my disk conversion.:eek:

  6. Thanks for the link, pop this to the top...

    When the brakes on my old '62 LeMans needed to be redone all they had to offer was rebuilding and re-lining the old parts, and the brakes weren't all that good to begin with... These guys would have been good to know about. My Corvair could've benefitted too.
