I've decided to add door switches to my '62 Biscayne so I'll have light when opening the doors. My car did not come with these switches and the assembly manual does not show their location in the door jamb.
I was hoping someone could post a photo of their '61 or '62 so I can drill for these in the correct location.
    Thanks in advance!!

While I don't have a photo to share , I do remember the inner door skin having a" bulge" where the dome light door switch was drilled . Yes, I once owned a 61 Bel Air sedan .......... scrubba

I can get pics from my 64 if it may help. I know the driver side is just below the plate in the door frame
