Is this an "official" use of Von Dutch name, or is somebody else ripping him off?

    The Dude

He just rolled over in his grave and burst into flames.

Not only is it wrong that they are putting his name on this but they are not even cool bikes, they look like cookie cutter catalog bikes.

What a joke. I wonder if you get a free mesh truckers hat with each bike purchase ( an 89.95 value).

I had no idea about the Von Dutch rant post ban. I am very sorry. Here's something positive...Everybody who ever copied his work or did something with his ideas or uses his name post mortim seems to make really good money! I'm not being a smart ass it's true. It's a shame he was labeled an angry kook by the unknowing and died broke, but so did Van Gogh. Is it our job to protect him and his work? YEAH.

A custom motorcycle is just a hobby, and a Van Gogh is just a painting...right? I think it would be great if folks realized the significance of something while it's happening instead of after it's gone.

I know lately when I post I seem crochety, but it couldn't be farther from the truth. I'm happy as a bug I just like being upset. I was sold this culture by the purveyors of it and I expect the real thing to live up to the hype. I bought into it. I pay money to do it. It's our real estate now, what are we doing with it?

I read somewhere Dutch HATED money and brother, I know why. Fuzzy warm puppies and hands across america and !@#$%^&*&^%$#@@#$%^&&^%$#@!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - With humility and great modesty towards everybody, including whatever ants, ticks or molecules I may step on in my travels, your buddy, Conder

p.s. I'm working on it Marshall...

I agree with Conder - but I usually do. Maybe we're both just getting old and grumpy.

There is a DEALERSHIP here in Vegas at the mall inside Caesar's palace. They are VERY cheesy. Made me want to puke.
