I have a complete front end from a 1960 ford f100.I might not use the axle.I would rather use a tube axle but im unsure of what to get.I found a few on ebay but are for 37-48 spindles. So,is there a any difference in 1948 and 1960 ford spindels?sorry if this is a stupid question.Im just unsure because speedway sells a tube axle for 48-60 spindles.thanks,

Most will say the F1 truck spindle (48-52) will interchange to a pre 49 car axle but the later F100 (53 up) has a larger dia kingpin and also has a different kingpin angle so its a no go without serious reworking.
