'60 Buick steering upgrade questions

Im working on a '60 Buick convertible show car for a customer. He has upgraded to a quick ratio cpp steering box, air bags, and disc brakes, but the steering linkage is woefully outdated. The center link still uses the ball and socket style linkage. Is there any type of upgrade available or interchange possible on this car? Or is my best bet to rebuild the stock stuff? Thanks!
