got a 200 6 cyl for free, (which is always a good thing)
now the question is, what head will fit that uses a seperate intake manifold?? Seems as though a 250 head will work, but have no idea.
As always, any help is appreciated

AS far as I know, the only heads that will interchange all have the integrated manifold. This means that the 170 and 200 are the only ones you can use.

    Here's some info for ya.

You can also cut up the log for a triple carb set up. Three Autolite 1100s seem to be the best set up, or at least what I've seen on the few 6's with this mod.

Hey, what you are looking for is an Australian Ford 250" six cyl 2V head and intake for a two-barrel carb (2V), 1970-76. The head is cast iron, and the intake is aluminum. The head will fit a U.S. 200 or 250 with little modification.

They turn up on eBay in Oz every so often, or you could try AzCoupe on the Fordsix.com board. There was also a guy on that board that was trying to import heads, intakes, and headers from an Argentinian Ford 221" six. Seems to have been some hassle with that.

Good luck, those puppies are rare. Kinky6 [IMG]
