Sold. Good runner 59 A engine. Was removed from a running and operational 1940 or 41 ford truck that was being upgraded to a Chevy drivetrain. Engine has been in dry storage for a while before I had time to mess with it. Compression on cylinders as follows. 1 = 93, 2=92, 3=89, 4=95, 5=91, 6=90, 7=95, 8=93 psi. Oil pressure at startup was near 60 psi. Once it got hot oil pressure at idle was 10 psi Vacumn readings were between 16 and 18 at 4700 feet elevation . Video link here. Carburator and distributor with wires are not included, I had to borrow them since the one that was on it got broken when engine was removed. I can include a core distributor and wire looms though. Can strap to a pallet and ship via Fastenal. or truck freight wherever you need. East coast Probably around 300+- west coast @220 give or take. Or can assist in dropping at a shipping dock if required. Needs a new home.
