Me as well......
Ryan noted in a recent post that he is working on something to help with the missing photos. HRP
I don't see pictures on this thread either.
Pics or not, I hope your enjoying the wagon
Saw Cody's car at the Jalopy Showdown yesterday and it does not disappoint. It was hard to get a decent picture with all of the onlookers. It's one of those beautiful customs you want to see with the hood down to appreciate the lines, but then you would miss that jewel of an engine.
Sure hope Cody post some current photos. HRP
I saw it at the Showdown too , and was floored by it - it's near perfection . I'm a longroof lover , so it really trips my trigger ! I took a few pics of it . As soon as I get them uploaded , I'll post 'em .
im still trying to fugar out this new update , its actually very frustrating , , but anyways sorry I havnt posted in a while , ive been extremely busy on the wagon and trying to get it ready for the two shows this past week , I had some major road bumps but I got threw them and made it to OC and the jalopy showdown , btw if any of your were wondering , my mpg , on the trip down to oc and up to PA , I was averaging 20 mpg , on the highway , so anyways here are some pictures , I don't know how to upload the large pictures on here yet .also some of the pictures from the showdown I did not take , but what people sent to me
also finished up the rear cargo area
I had to repaint the door and fender last Monday
while in pa I visited my grandmother house , this is a picture of my dad and mom 40 years ago, and me now at the same place .
I don't know , either guys , this new update is driving me crazy
glad you guys could make it out, did your daughter enjoy the showdown ?????
you got photos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
its cyber green met , from a 2003 vw beetle
It's absolutely beautiful. I hope I live long enough to meet you one of these days.
Wishing you the best,
Cody, thanks for the pics and update, congrats on everything...Jim
Hi Cody, nice to see the car is out and about, I'm sure you got a ton of comments and questions.
The wagon looks great and the shot of the windshield in the rain makes it clear you are really going to drive it.
Nothing wrong with that grocery getter for sure. 20mpg makes it even better especially when you drive them. Your execution is spot on and you have a keen eye for style. Great job and enjoy it out on the open road.
We each build our cars to suit ourselves. Cody, I wouldn't change a thing if it were mine. I'm looking forward to seeing it in person. Thank you for taking us along for the ride.

Fantastic car. Congrats on getting her on the road. You have so much to be proud of with this build. I live on the other side of the country, but I hope to see it in person one day.
Oooooo-we!... (sound of whistle here)
She sure did. Only her second hot rod and custom show (she went to the first Pimlico Revival) and she was disappointed she couldn't stay longer. I suspect that she will want to come with me to Jalopyrama this year
Sorry it took so long to get my pics of the wagon up here . I've been busy as hell this week , plus MY (O.T.) wagon was destroyed by hail a couple days ago . At any rate , it was hard to get great pics at the Showdown , but I did my best . Like I told you at the Showdown , Cody , the attention to detail on the '59 is amazing . My jaw is still on the floor . I love the use of the S.U. carbs , BTW . A cool touch . I was actually thinking about ways of making a custom manifold for my 302 in my Shoebox to run a bunch of S.U.'s on it . It sure would be different !
Thanks for posting up the pics, Cody's ride looks great....Jim
Thanks for the pictures. You have done an incredible job. Your ride is a fantastic one. Love that you are not afraid to drive it, rain and all, Congratulations on a job well done.
Dude I love how it turned out. 1 of the all time best 59 wagons ever.
Did I miss the reason for the repainted guard/door? Great to see the Wagon out and about!

Could it be any cooler?
I don't think so.
