Technical '57 F100 door stuck

So the drivers door on my 57 F100 is stuck closed. Something screwed up in the latch/striker mechanism. Ive had my arm up in the door half the damn day tryin to find something that would allow me to pop it open. No such luck. Ofcourse ya cant get to anything with the door closed as far as removing or loosening striker plate. Any bright ideas?
