Has anyone had a chance to see the new technical book on 57-64 Olds/Pontiac 9.3" rear axles? Fabcraft sells them on ebay for $45 & shipping. Kinda pricey, but looks good. I would nice to get some feedback on this before I buy one. Here's a pic of the cover and a link to their ebay store: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1957-58-59-...Parts_Accessories&vxp=mtr&hash=item5893d31fb9 JCKC
I haven't seen the book but Brad Duerst is the man when it comes to these rear ends - I would assume it has a lot of good information.
Brad knows his shit and if Brad wrote the book it will speak volumes. 45 bucks?!?! How much will it cost you if you fuck up and make a mistake?
This book is well worth the money. I've spend a lot of time researching this subject on the net over the years, but this book's content goes way beyond the bits and pieces and misinformation on the net. If you're a hobbiest and interested in 57-64 Olds / Pontiac 9.3 rearends you'd do yourself good with this book.
