can anyone here recommend an aluminum radiator for a stock 56 Ford car with a 312 engine?
I’d like the thickest cores available, obviously.
Gonna need to keep this cool in Texas summers.

100° in Saskatchewan is exactly the same as 100° in Texas. Is there something wrong with the radiator you have?

I see from your other post you're looking at adding A/C. If you're not on yblocksforever, there's a bunch of post over there about radiators. I don't know how they'll compare for altitude/humidity for where you are. My experience in the birds (getting the air out is more of a problem than getting it thru the radiator) is a good shroud makes a lot of difference. There's also post about restrictions in the bypass, and smaller water pump pulleys for idle water flow. PM me if you want details or can't find them.

Yep. I’m installing an A/C system and I want more cooling. Plus, we have much more stop and go BS down here.
