Customs 56/57 Lincoln wheels covers. Which steel wheels are compatible?

I have a 62 Thunderbird that I want to mount some 56 Lincoln caps on. The center portion of the steel wheel sticks out JUST a little too far (1/2 inch), making it impossible to mount the caps. I know I've seen other people use the Lincoln caps, so I'm just wondering if anyone knows of some steel wheels that would be compatible....size is 15 X 6..or 7 would be ok...lug pattern is 5 X 4.5. Any help is appreciated
