  1. I grew up in the area of 60's- 70's cars and did alot of projects. I Always wanted to venture ito the 40's and 50's cars but didn't know squat about them and the tri-5 Chevys were way out of my budget. Many years ago my buddy and I took a trip from Ohio to Denver to pick up a 50's Buick project. That front grill and dash were amazing. I was hooked!. Now I've inherited my father's 55 Fairlane. He bought it many years ago because it was an exact replica of the car he had in high school. It needs some upgrades and he burned out the clutch. Nice thing is the previous owner converted it to 12v and put in Vintage Air. My dad and I would work on it together which was really great. He doesn't drive anymore which is how I got it.
