Been a long time coming, but finally getting there. Still have lot of work left to do. I set the grille in there for looks.

Outstanding! The Olds quarters seem to flow perfectly, and the Cad grille is also killer. I'm loving it...Big time!

Wow love the flow of that coupe. The lights really add to the look, I've seen this done before to a couple of box's and the more I see it the more I got to find some 54 old lights!

    Coupe looks great!

No on the chop, like the idea on the grille and would like to see '56 Olds headlights grafted on.

Funny you say that, I know a fella that has a running chevy 348 out of a 61 impala. That would be a nice swap if flathead ever decides to let go.

I love this project, Kool to see fresh ideas. Sometimes when you think traditional you loose
creativity.... I love chop tops but I would not chop this one. You're on your way to a very
    classy build. Happy Trails, Mick

Thanks for the feedback. This is the first summer I haven't been able to drive my car in 8 years. Makes me feel better about it after reading everybody comments. Will definately post more pics, when I have more to post.

I think those quarters look better on there than they do on a '54 Olds. Good eye. Flow is perfect.

Rear quarters look great, very well done. the caddy grille is perfect. Your car looks great as is, my vote is for no chop. The proportions are perfect In my opinion.

  22. Love the look, and have to agree on the no-chop. I would be interested to see a smoother transition of the quarter grafts on the back end. 55 chevy eyebrows might be cool there with the caddy grill

Looks very good to me. A nice mild chop will really make that stand out

Not much custom work at the moment. I did get bumper cut and tacked for now, brackets made to.working on loose ends. Nice CL score though, take off hood, deck lid and nos door. Saved a ton of body work. View attachment 2077798 ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1384746151.625325.jpg ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1384746170.275634.jpg ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1384746226.178631.jpg
