Technical 54 Gravel Sheilds

Can anyone tell me how to remove the stainless gravel shield and top spear on a 54 Chevy 210 Thanks !!

 

Remove the rear seat. Remove the 1/4 pad. Reach inside the 1/4. You'll find some nuts to remove. Before you try to yank it off. Their will be a Phillips screw on the outside very low near the tire.
