   I need some ideas for an upgrade to a 54 ford project,& will a 55 t-bird speedometor "bolt in"? they look close,and I also need 12v replacement gauges can you guy's help?....thanks

   ah, no... the 55 bird speedo wont work without a lot of massaging to the opening in the dash, and whats wrong with the astra dial?
   
   for gauges, get yourself some resistors... runtz voltage drops
