Hey guys I have a 54 Dodge C1 3/4 ton that I recently converted to 12v negative ground. I put a voltage drop to gauges and the heavy load drop to the heater motor. Looking to hook up wiper motor now. Does anyone know what wire I have to tap into. I know going from 6v positive ground to 12v negative ground I had to swap power and grounds on all electric motors. How can this be done on the stock wiper motor? Looking for any suggestions you guys may have.

I believe the power enters the motor and seeks ground through the switch, but its been a long time since I messed with mine. Gene

Polarity doesn't matter on motors such as these. But the voltage difference might just overheat the motor. If you plan on using without some sort of reducer then have an intermittent on button so you only use it off and on.

ok thanks guys. I do have the voltage drop for it. So I'll hook it up and try it out. Whats the worst that could happen. It smokes and needs to be changed anyway lol.
