54 Chevy windshield comparison

I have a 54 sedan with a three inch chop, the windshield fits perfect if exactly 3 inches is cut off the bottom. has anyone ever had the opertunity to compare a Hardtop windshield with a sedan windshield. I know the hardtop glass is shorter, but I am wondering how the width and the curve match up. If they are the same, I would have less to remove and maybe be easier to trim. I cut the last one with the sandblaster, and it worked pretty good. Any info apprieciated.

Why do we park on our driveway and drive on the parkway?

 

yes the hardtop matches but isn't 3 inches but it's not hard to take another inch or so off the top

 

this thread is super old but does anyone know exactly how much shorter the hardtop windshield is than the sedan?
