54 Chevy One Piece Front Bumper

Was wondering if Chevy made a one piece front bumper in 54 for sedans/hardtops. I've always thought they only made 3 piece front bumpers but I could be wrong.

 

make your own one piece.. all u have to do is weld the 3pc together

 

That's what I plan on doing. When talking about it to a friend they said they made one pieces back then so I was just curious.

 

I think California and Canada got one piece bumpers on all stock Chevy's in '54

 

Chevy did make one piece front bumpers in 54 and of course the rears are the same as 53. But you already knew that!

 

Here is my 54. the bumpers are welded together and molded into the body.
