Customs 53 Ford Victoria/ 55 Plymouth grille

Hi all
I am currently building a 53 Victoria custom in Australia and have decided I want to go with a 55 Plymouth grille bar. I know several have done this before but just wondering what mods are required to the 53 front fenders.
I am also trying to source a grille assembly so if anyone has any suggestions on where I can get on it would be appreciated.

You're looking for false teeth for a sittin' hen. Unless someone has one squirreled away. I haven't even seen a '55 Mayflower in the last twenty five years, nor seen any in a boneyard.

 

Here is a grill on ebay.. Buy it now for $70.

Seems cheap enough and looks to be in good condition

That's only one piece of what he needs to do this with.

I must admit the photo I posted is not any of my work. I simply googled the grill combo and clipped the photo so ffr122k would know the part he found is just that and not a complete Grill. Had I done the install posted I'd be more than happy to share what it takes with you. And I agree that is nice work.
