Features 53 & 54 chevy photo thread

i haven't done much to it really. i put on the black steelies, dressed them up and then added the wide whites. i added full length lake pipes and tied them in. (sounds great). i added a Lokar 32" shifter and replaced the orig 54 steering wheel with a reduced 58 impala wheel.

Very nice cars. Here's my work in progress. I drive her every other Sunday, my only day off. I have a ton of work planned for her, but that will only happen after I get a shop built. I want to total disassemble her and do a mild custom rebuild.

 

One more.

 

Heres my 53 dont know what direction to head with it.

Nice frame table yetis, Love the car too, what are the plans for this one?

I dont think I have the skills for it but I would love the flare the rear fender bulges out about 2 inches and run some fatass meats. Cut the entire rear bulge off and bring it out 1.5-2 inches suttle but you could tuck some 10in wide wheels in there.

You're chevy is coming out really nice! If you don't mind me asking what are the specs on your wheels and tires?

 

The wheels are 15"x5" and the tires are 165r/15
