51 Pontiac engine swap info needed.

My friend has a bone stock 51 pontiac. He wants to install a newer 6 cylinder from a 70,s chev. Is there a bolt in kit for this swap? He has limited tools and no welder so a bolt in kit would be perfect for him. Any info would be great.
