  6. Could you go over what you have done to lower the rear spring setup in detail. It looks very good so far...

    Thanks guy's!!!

But rear was to high. So i had to fabicate a cross member over the frame to get a 2'' more drop .

i dont want to cut the frame (c nutch), in case of an inspection, i will be able to re install stock suspension to pass it!!!! :D

So in november i was checking old car on kijiji (i check old car each days lol) i saw a 51 f1 there was no price in the add. It was an all original truck, original colors with rust.... i checked out the add at least 20 times a day , then afther 3 days i decided to call .... The owner was a 73 years old man, he had heart problems and had to sell all of his old cars! he send me some pics of the cab corners, floors... I was surprise how the truck was solid compared to the other one! The only modification was a SBC + chevy trans. It was a 7 hours road ....up north from home, so i borrow a trailer en rent a truck my girl friend and i whent there to pic up the new member of the family!!! lol

  25. how much axle to frame clearance do you have as it sits?...looks like you'll need a C notch for clearance after you get the bed/gas tank, etc weight on there.

By heart still 2 3/4" left! Not enough even if i relocate the bump stop higher? :(

For a nice c notch should i do the c first and than i boxe-it?

The gaz tank is gonna be in the stock location!

    Thanks!

Looks like you have a pretty cool project going. Got a question; in the picture above I noticed you are using grade 5 bolts. Is this just for mockup?
