Working on 51 styleline 235 powerglide. Drive train plans include 283, 700r4, 55 Chevy rear. Bought adapters from National Chevy Association. Has anyone used these and is there anything I should be aware of? Is the stock center crossmember the same for the 'glide as the manual trans?
