50th Anniversary Cruise of Harvey's Broiler 4/19

Join us for the cruise. Will start @ the Nordic Fox in Downey-3rd & Paramount around Noon so we can cruise on over to the site, This will be the last cruise there till it is rebuilt. We may be able to get on the property for a photo shoot only and then back on over to Nordic Fox to just BS. Hope to see ya there.

 

Cool! See you folks there. I won't be staying 'til the last dog is hung because my favorite band is playing that night in Anahiem. Gonna be a good and busy day.

Yes they are. It's gonna be a Bob's Big Boy now. But the Googie look should be preserved.

I see C-Kev got promoted to Chief Broom Pusher! Thanks to all who showed up - this was an historic occasion and great to meet with new owner Jim Louder who has really taken this to heart. What a great touch from property owner Christos to give out souvenir laminated menus to every attendee. He told me this was a very special and happy day for him to see the Broiler being saved and revived. Here's looking to a great new/old cruisin' venue.

This is Jim"s Very Clean 67 Drop Top!
I know it's post 64,but this very style
of car cruised the Broiler as well.
It was what I remember seeing as
a 3 yr old lil cruiser..
Thanks to all that hung on Sat, It
was the 1st time R&C's had been
allowed on the lot in 7 yrs! It's
gonna be cool!

 

More info on my 34 roadster in the HAMB classifeids- I've been to almost every cruise here at/for the Broiler with this car (Cept 4 the HHGC in the Coalition cared for 51 Jeepster) She is very nice 34,but since I have so much time on the Broiler, I need to get back to biz w/Cyclone, always something needed toolwise.
