Unfortunately most of the inventory has sat outside in the elements for years. Will be lots of good parts car though, if you care to part out a car with less than ten miles on it. Looks to be a treat getting them out of the trees. I remember in the late 80s, a friend had driven to the dealership there. He said there were new cars from the 60s and pickups also, still on lot with window stickers still on windows. He inquired about buying them, and promptly told they were NOT for sale. Too bad they couldn't have been inside, under a roof, they might have been worth something yet.
I just spent a bunch of time looking at the list, and the video, and the small amount of still pics. This is the strangest thing I have seen on here in a long time. I wonder how and why would they end up with unsold new cars, and not hurt that years profits? And in a farm area, why so many new trucks did not sell? Are most of those new cars/trucks stored outside since new? That 58 Cameo with 1 mile has a crushed roof? There truly are some eccentric people on the planet. Do we have a hamber in that area to take a look before Sept? Maybe I will eat my words, when I always say: ...'You won't see me buy a new car or truck...I only drive old stuff"
Okay......so it's a little OT, but I'd like to check out the '73 Vega with the 396/4 spd thats on the list.
