49 Merc in primer, Oh happy day

Sorry for all the photos but today is a milestone for me.
One heart problem, one round with the big "C" and 9 YEARS later the sled is finally in primer.

Maybe I will get to drive this pos before I die

 

where are the photos?

So how do I cut these things down so they fit ?

 

Nothing like a nice white paint job!

 

I know , I know.
Lets not get started just tell me how to re-size them so it fits.
Me and computers just don't hit it off.
I rather block sand than work on this contraption, well maybe not.

 

Actually it's dark primer you should see it, it looks sooo nice.

Yes we are.

 

The only thing this computer is good for is using the screen to put my posty notes or what ever you call them little yellow sticky thingys.

 

Don't get too rilled up, I did this thing myself never said I was a great body man, maybe you can tell by how long it took, 9 years but my pop always said I was no ball o fire, in fact it was dimwited or dim something.
Didn't understand it but when I was young he used to introduce me to his friends as his brothers kid.

That is one great looking ride! Don't worry about the time, though. I stripped a car to bare metal in 1985 and it is still in primer and no where close to having finished body work....but I keep trying!
