'49-'50 mercury center link, where to find??????

    Anybody know where I can find one, I tried all the local autopart stores and everyone says there discontinued. thanks for any info in advance.

  3. Don't believe the merc and ford interchange, be sure and double check before buying. you might check with Fatman and see if he has an upgrade that bolts on like he has for the ford.

    Kanter has them on an exchange basis. If you are going to replace you should consider replacing with Fatmans bumpsteer kit. This is a setup that corrects the bumpsteer which was built in to the original suspension. I installed Fatmans kit on my 51' and I am happy that I did. Handles more like a new car now.:) :)

    Looks like you are right... I checked further down the listing on the Mac's site and it looks like the Mercury Only is part number 8M-3304-A and it's $268. Sorry about that.

    got part numbers for this fatman kit? how much was the kit?

    Check out Fatman Fabrications web site,the kit is listed for $275. Just about the same as replacing the original one.:) :)
