Here's all the sheetmetal parts you'd need to convert a 1949-1950-1951 Merc from a 4 door into a coupe. You get a pair of original coupe doors, passenger side is pretty nice, driver's side has damage on the front of it but comes with an extra 4 door front door section to make the repair easier, both doors include window regulators and inside door handle mechanisms but no glass, vent wings or door latches (your old 4 door stuff will fit there). Also includes B pillars and quarter window sheetmetal cut out of a coupe, the coupe was damaged and the panels are beat up somewhat but still very workable in my opinion (no sense in cutting apart a good coupe body anyway) plus all 4 inside garnishes. The rear garnishes are bent up but solid, passenger front garnish is pretty nice, driver's front garnish is really rusty along the front edge and you might have to graft a chunk of your old 4 door garnish into it to fix it. This is definitely for an advanced bodyman but in my opinion would still be much easier than stretching 4 door front doors and trying to build the B pillars and quarter window opening out of old 4 door stuff. $850 gets you everything pictured. I'm located about 25 miles directly south of Green Bay, WI. I also have some other Merc stuff available, an OK pair of front inner fenders, one decent passenger front fender, a crappy but fixable hood, a really crappy trunk lid, and a surprisingly nice floor pan section. Only pieces I'm interested in trading for would be a nice 51 Merc front bumper pan OR a decent 49-50 front bumper with brackets, a 51-53 DeSoto front bumpe pan, a really complete '51 Merc-o-matic column (I have one now but it's missing parts) or a fixable steel driver's front fender for a 33-34 Ford car. I might be able to ship all of this by Fastenal but expect it to be expensive. Also I have a guy who ships stuff to Finland quite a bit, I can check with him if someone in Europe wants this stuff.
