48 Mercury

    Hey guys just wanted to say hey from Tx. 48 Mercury coupe got it stripped down to put a fatman mustang 2 under the front end. Wondering what the heck am I doing... Any input or feedback is appreciated... have a good one. Tim

    I'm still finishing my 47 Mercury Coupe. Here's a small picture from winter - it's a bit dark. I have a Mustang II setup, flathead c-4, 8" ford rear going. Right now I'm saving up for an assault on the interior.

    That's a good looking car. Looks like a nice toasty work shop too. Some people say I've runt mine. I'm a chevy nut from way back. So opted for SBC 700 R 4 tranny...chevy rear end....

    Thanks for the compliments! It's hard to knock a small block chevy combo for many many reasons. It looks like your trim is in better shape than mine was.
