48 ford

will the front sheet metal from a 41 fit a 47- 48. two buddies think it will, but i don't know.

 

It has been done before, do not know if it's a bolt on, or if mods are needed.

 

Yes it will fit and you will need to cut the fenders or replace the running boards also.
You will need all the inner sheetmetal also.
The one below in both pictures is my 46.

 

I believe the front fender supports are different also.
